HeyBadge is an independent project run by Mayas Ötegen. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any event, conference, trade show, organiser, company or brand, including those whose names appear in its themes.

Event names in themes

Some themes and Wallet pass strips are named after events or occasions so you can find a look that suits where you're going. The names are used only to describe the theme. The artwork is our own, made of generic shapes and colours, and doesn't use any event's logo. All trademarks, event names and brand names belong to their owners.

If you own a name used here and would like it changed or removed, email and we'll act on it promptly.

Organisers' badges stay theirs

A HeyBadge badge isn't an event pass and doesn't get you into any event. Your official event badge, and its QR code, belong to the event organiser. Pair your badge only adds a HeyBadge QR code to a free area of the badge PDF you were sent, on your own device. It never copies, covers or changes the organiser's QR code, name or front panel. Always follow the organiser's rules about what you may print or wear.

What people share is their own

Each badge is made by its owner, who is responsible for what's on it and for any details they swap. HeyBadge doesn't check that the names, titles, companies or links on badges are true. If a badge looks wrong or misleading, use the flag on its page to report it.
